Our consultancy model allows for service providers to tap into specialty services at a time when they need it. They pay for only the product or service that they need at that time without costly ongoing employment overheads.

NNA Direct Support Service is a fairly new start up specialising in In home supports delivered by Registered Nurses and Community Care workers. Being a new business our team was small and had mixed levels of experience and knowledge. We engaged Angela initially post audit to assist us with a full review of our policy and procedures to align with Practice standards and to support our vision of growth. During this project we had the added bonus of Wayne Zahra who was able to review our clinical policies and also established a practice and complex care review process that vastly improved outcomes for our more complex customers as well as giving our teams supporting them valuable experience in managing risk and improving quality.
We next engaged Angela to support our journey to find a system solution, her knowledge and experience was vital in our final selection, discovery and configuration phases, training and implementation. Angela was there to guide us the whole way.
We continue to use Angela to support our business with Quality and Safeguarding, she provides investigation and compliance support for us as well as providing final reports and recommendations on improving service and support.
Most recently we have had support from Chantelle and Angela to assist us with our very 1st SIL service. Their combined knowledge, experience and understanding of the SIL space is remarkable and definitely assisted us to successfully quote for and accept our 1st SIL customer.
The whole team at Supporting potential are some of the most passionate and exciting sector leaders I have had the pleasure to work with. The value add they have provided to us and the benefits of having such a respected and skilled team to tap into on an as needed/contract basis has really made the difference for us to be successful and remain with an affordable and rather flat structure.

PlanWiseLiving would like to say a big thank you to Angela Harvey from Supporting Potential who attended our staff meeting last week as a special guest. Angela spoke with our team about collaboration and understanding each other’s communication styles. The meeting was interactive and engaging and went way too quick! Three hours felt like one.
From the beginning Angela was helpful, supportive and professional. Her engagement with us began with a survey issued to the staff in preparation for the meeting. Angela arrived with an informative and interesting PowerPoint which involved teamwork as we went through the slides. It was very personal focused to our company.
At the end of the meeting, Angela met with myself to provide feedback, input and suggestions and I hope to be able to work with Angela again in the near future.
I was impressed with Chantelle’s dedication and enthusiasm in assisting my son with his ILO proposal. I was at a loss when ILO funding was proposed by NDIA and found that others were hesitant to take on the challenge of this new form of funding proposal, not Chantelle. She researched ILO funding thoroughly and was able to put a proposal together efficiently as we were on an extremely tight time frame due to the difficulty in finding support coordinators with the same in depth knowledge of ILO requirements.
An extremely big thank you to Chantelle and I hope this partnership goes on for many years to come.
